Our return policy is straightforward. Before returning any items, you need to obtain advanced authorization. Contact us to describe the returned items and the reason for the return. All returned items must be shipped within fifteen (15) days of the initial receipt. The items must be unused and in their original condition, including the original packaging. There will be a minimum 25% handling and restocking charge for all correctly fulfilled orders.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges unless the return is due to an error by The Growler Station/GS Draft or a manufacturer's defect. Freight must be prepaid on all returned equipment. The Growler Station/GS Draft is not responsible for returned shipments that are lost, stolen, or damaged.
